The Retreat

First time visit, Atmosphere was lovely and warming, did expect a bit more of a Christmassy vibe - like music , crackers on tables etc Staff and service was brilliant, made sure we were ok, no wait time , very kind and polite The food was amazing, the Duck leg and the pork belly roast were yummy - lots of food - I think it’s the best Sunday lunch I’ve had in a long time. Thank you for an enjoyable afternoon

You know you have had a great stay in a hotel when you give a good tip for the service and welcome you receive, and the Flower Pot was no exception. All our thanks to Colin, Libby, Jen and the rest of the amazing Flowerpot team for making us all so welcome, we hope we see you again soon x

Went to the Retreat on my way to pick my brother up from the airport. I found this pub to be quite cosy with a nice atmosphere. The staff were friendly and the food was delicious. I opted for the fish and chips and I must say, it was flavoursome, crispy and flaky. I then had an apple crumble with custard which was nice and sweet. Overall I would definitely recommend if you are looking for some good pub food within the Staines area.

Lovely food, clean with happy and helpful staff. It's busy with repeat customers, so they are definitely getting it right. Prices could be a tad lower, but when you're out, you're out, therefore happy to it.

First time at the Retreat Sunday roast was amazing portion size was great so much couldn't eat it all . Staff very welcoming and pleasant. Will definitely be returning
