a month agoThe great energy you’ll find in this restaurant is hard to come by these days. I took my partner here on a whim as a last minute date night. The (assumed) owners and servers were fun, friendly and had wicked recommendations. The food, amazing, and the portions were big! It all came with a slightly more relaxed service which suited up perfectly as it gave us time to really enjoy the evening and appreciate the food. My new favourite Chinese restaurant in Reading!

a month agoAn absolute gem of a spot, authentic in terms of food and atmosphere. A good variety of halal/veg options as well. The roast duck was especially good, perfectly cooked with a nice crispy skin. Highly recommend. I'm looking forward to being back soon.

3 months agoCurry was always my favourite until I came here..! The food is amazing and the people are lovely… I thought Chinese food was sweet and sour pork, 2 spring roles and special fried rice.. but it’s not… I have never had fish, prawns, beef, pork or veg cooked so well..! My partner has food allergies and the owner was great helping with what she could eat.. This is my number one place to eat out and I’ve been to a good few £££ restaurants over the years..

2 months agoHiii, We’re the 3 girls that came from Wales and visited today and we just wanted to say we absolutely loved the food!! It was amazing and some of the best we’ve ever had. The service was impeccable too and so friendly! If we ever visit Reading again, we’ll definitely pop in!

3 weeks agoFamily run Chinese. Very relaxed environment and hearty Chinese food. Our favorite was beef in black bean sauce, a classic! We didn’t go for them but they had lots of tofu/veggie options. The fortune cookies at the end were a nice funny touch!
