Vesuvio Pizzeria

Lovely staff and good atmosphere. Popped in for tea after a long drive from the north east. Extensive menu. Pizza and burger was tasty. House wine nice too. Decor was welcoming. Would visit again.

Well we finally made it to Vesuvio Pizzeria in the end! We have been trying and saying we would come here for months and I honestly wish we had as the food in here was sensational! We've been away to Italy a couple of times, Venice and Milan to be exact, and pizzas there was incredible. The pizza here was certainly on par with this as well and it brought back some really fond memories! We highly recommend Vesuvio for the ultimate place to eat out for customer service! My Moretti beer order came in seconds, somehow also as well! Somebody was clearly listening to our food order ! We left feeling stuffed and very fulfilled, ended up taking home our leftovers as well for seconds next day also!

We came in a Saturday evening and it was busy and the food was delicious. We all had pizza which was the best we’ve ever had!

Came on a whim with friends recently and despite the powercut we had a fantastic time, lovely drinks and meal include gluten free, amazing service (and karaoke ) from Augusto and team. Thank you for the limoncello and we will be back!

Not our first visit, however Vesuvio Pizzeria always surprises me in the best way. The food is always great and the specials always entice and deliver too. The atmosphere is lovely, intimate and friendly - which leads me to the staff. They’re the lifeblood to the business and every member of the team works hard and loves what they do. Blero & Frank looked after us today, and they and the rest of the team made our afternoon one to remember. I would recommend VP to anyone looking for a pleasant restaurant with fantastic food.
