No.1 Ship Street

We had lunch here. The atmosphere was great and the servers were very attentive to us. We had a few starters and each one was absolutely amazing. Everything was cooked to perfection. We will most definitely be returning.

Food was great, staffs are very friendly but it was quite busy on the day, we waited for awhile to order food and after we got the bill, we waited at least 15-20 mins for the card machine.

I've been here a couple times with family, and while they were very happy with the food, I've found the mains to not be my favorite. I enjoy the escargots and the dessert options, but the mains I've tried (grilled fish and an English tray bake) simply weren't to my liking. I felt they were a tad cold. My family had no complaints, though, so it might just be me.

Very nice restaurant with great service! The staff were all really lovely and friendly, talking to us throughout the night. They only had one vegetarian dinner option, I personally didn’t enjoy it too much but the others I was with really liked it.

My favorite restaurant in Oxford! This place is fabulous. I ordered the three course lunch option, and received a delicious salad, the best Dover sole I've ever had in my entire life, and strawberries and cream for dessert. I washed this all down with some amazing chardonnay. The service was wonderful, the interior was amazing, and the price I paid for all of this was extremely reasonable. When I come back to the UK I will definitely be making a stop here.
