The Plume

We stopped here during our road trip due to the reviews and it did not disappoint. Great service, friendly staff. Food was INCREDIBLE, fresh tasty and good portion sizes. Lovely cosy atmosphere. Will definitely come back if in the area.

Great pub and fantastic authentic Thai Food! It feels like we just went to Thailand and back! Papaya salad, green chicken Curry and Pad Thai were very delicious: great balanced flavours, presentation and very generous portions! We will return tomorrow! Highly recommend it. What a lovely place we were made to feel welcome by everyone which included the landlord and landlady and all of the staff behind the bar and in the restaurant where we had a excellent meal all fresh and so tasty The best Thai food we’ve ever had what a pity we found this gem on our last night in Hungerford. We will definitely return.

We stumbled across this restaurant by chance when we were driving back home to Pembrokeshire from Gatwick. We decided to stop for dinner to break up the journey and we fancied Thai. This was genuinely the best Thai food we’ve had in the U.K. (and we’ve tried a lot!) - highly recommend. In addition the staff were fabulous. We accidentally left our daughter’s soft toy at the restaurant. I called plume the next day when we realised and they kindly posted it back to us - such great service. Thank you we’ll definitely be back - just wished we lived closer!
