4 months agoI sometimes stay at the caversham crown plaza and always head over to the River Spice. Absolutely superb, beautiful food, the mixed grill is just mouth watering. Highly recommended!

a year agoDecent Indian restaurant. The food was pretty good, no complaints there. Service is excellent as expected in most restaurants. The view of the river and Cavesham Bridge is beautiful and definitely made the visit that bit more special. It was a little too quiet for our liking, but it was a midweek evening. It also has plenty of parking on-site which is a bonus

4 months agoWe were visiting from Cornwall our family in Caversham. Dine I'm for 6 people. The food was so tasty... atmosphere at a 7pm booking perfect. Icing on the cake was the staff and their service. They were so friendly and joked with us all evening over a request for diet water. I can't recommend enough this restaurant. The food was delicious and the setting next to the Thames just so nice. Five stars for everything. Thank you so much for making our fleeting visit so nice.
