a week agoIt's my first time on a pub serving Indian dishes, and that's amazing! I didn't know there are Indian pubs in the uk. The food was okay, a bit sweeter that other Indian dishes I tried somewhere else. Their starter is also great, I forgot the name but it's on the photo. Service is good, ambiance is okay, like a traditional British pub, with a tent outside. Didn't try their shisha, but will defo come back for it

3 months agoEverything about Poachers is outstanding, but what really sets it apart from others is the way my client who has Alzheimer’s was treated. On our first visit today for lunch, the wonderful staff acknowledged her love of music and dancing and promptly put on 50s music for her to sing along too and danced with her. What a fabulous lunch time she had. Thank you so much, we really didn’t want to leave!!!

a month agoStaff are all really polite and friendly. The food was great quality. We had a chicken tikka masala, plain rice, garlic naan bread and a chicken tikka biriani. Just be warned that their mild is more like a medium plus. Still very tasty. Service is good and friendly, they could just do with at least another waiter. Fun, lively atmosphere playing great music

2 months agoThe Indian food is really authentic with great deal of flavours and aroma. It’s the best Indian meal I had in wokingham for a very long time. I will absolutely return.
