in the last weekSpent a fantastic Silent Pool evening event hosted at The Gosling. Food was as always wonderful complemented by Silent Pool gin cocktails and wine. Watch out for Gosling events. Highly recommend.

a week agoDined with a group... The food was pre-ordered. Chicken was blah! Tasted like it was boiled then coated with a thin stream of some unidentifiable seasonings.... Still searching for the mashed potatoes in my plate since I got served what looked like a puree I used to serve my toddler before he started eating solids. Was so not impressed ... Looking at the seafood medley in my friends' plates made me happy I did not order it! It resembled scraps that had been gathered from different seafood dishes. The only items that save the meal were the cauliflower soup -warm and rich, and the dessert- chocolate mousse with mixed berry compote (although the compote was more on the tiny sample size in terms of quantity)... I had a 3 course meal and left hungrier than I had arrived!
