in the last weekWe had an awful experience here yesterday. We waited over an hour for our food, which only finally arrived after we threatened to pay for our drinks and walk out. To top it off, one of our food items never arrived at all. To make matters worse, the seating area we were given was swarming with flies. One actually bit my 3-year-old child on the arm, leaving a painful red mark. When I brought this to the manager's/cashier's attention while paying, he completely brushed it off, saying "it's just because of summer" without offering a single apology. Between the abysmal wait times, forgotten food, lack of hygiene, and shockingly dismissive customer service, we will absolutely never be returning. Parents, beware.
