in the last weekAs a vegetarian, I’m extremely dissatisfied with Sunday buffet. You were supposed to have two main vegetarian dishes - one was potato spinach and the other was biryani (which tasted nothing like biryani and was basically veg rice and is a side dish). For starters, all they had were pakodas/ fritters of different kinds. Everything tasted quite ordinary- nothing flavourful or even remotely close to authentic Indian cuisine. My partner had non veg food which wasn’t good either- atleast two gravies had coconut in them and tasted sweet with no spices to balance the sweetness. Nothing worth spending £17pp and we’re not coming back.

a week agoYou've just lost a regular customer. Ordered online for collection, over £70 spent. Half of the starters were missing so I returned back to the restaurant to complain and pick up what I had paid for. I wasted an hour of my life travelling to and from the restaurant twice. The manager/owner was not in and none of the staff had the power to compensate me. One chap even said he didn't even work there! I was requested to complain via Just Eat for a refund, which I did straight away. Only to find a day later, my request was rejected, even though I was promised it. Thank you for ruining my family's meal. I did not eat at all, it was cold when I got home. We've had some lovely meals here, but after the service received, I won't be back. May this be a lesson on how not to treat your loyal customers.
