Good vibe ,food is good but portion size is less

Went here today with a couple of friends,what a let down after watching the kitchen staff not even wash there hands after going to the toilet was a no no and then ordered a drink and when I was given the drink with no ice and then asked for ice it seemed like it was a problem both bar staff had a attitude problem I was ignored then had to ask again and then she literally threw the ice in the glass,just really rude and unwelcoming.

Having visited this lounge on several occasions, I can honestly say the improvement in both the service and overall experience has been remarkable. The team were exceptionally attentive, warm and genuinely thoughtful, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. Our brunch was beautifully prepared, served piping hot and full of flavour, while the freshly made smoothies were outstanding and the perfect accompaniment. It’s clear the team takes great pride in delivering an excellent customer experience, and it certainly didn’t go unnoticed. We’ll definitely be returning!!

Frequently visit here and the food & service is always amazing. However today they went above and beyond….We met up with my uncle for breakfast with my son who is in a wheelchair. Matthew kindly got some raising blocks for the table so my son’s wheelchair could fit under the table. Then when we ordered our breakfasts, he then asked if we wanted a side plate for our son’s food as he doesn’t eat a lot and had some off of mine. This little things make going out with my son so much easier and such a lovely experience. Your staff are always so polite and happy and Matthew’s attention to customer service is second to none.
