a week agoOne of the most disgraceful and insulting experiences l've ever had. I was denied entry without any valid reason and treated as if I didn't deserve basic respect. The behavior of the staff is appalling, and the Nepali manager was especially arrogant, rude, and completely unprofessional. Someone in that position should at least know how to speak to customers, but clearly, that standard doesn't exist here. This place has no sense of customer service, no professionalism, and absolutely no respect for people. If you value your dignity, stay far away from this bar. I am seriously considering taking legal action over this humiliating treatment.

a week agoI would strongly advise caution before choosing to eat here. All four members of our party became ill with food poisoning after our visit, including a six-year-old child. When we contacted the restaurant to inform them, they dismissed our concerns, stating that since no one else had complained, it couldn’t have been their food — which we found very unprofessional. The symptoms appeared several hours after we had all left the restaurant. As a resolution, they offered us a discount on a future visit, which we found inappropriate given the situation, then ignored when requested a refund we certainly would not consider returning. Reported to food hygiene.
