The Bull pub is situated in the pretty village of Theale just off junction 12 on the M4 motorway.
We serve delicious traditional pub food using local Butchers and suppliers. Food is served all day every day. Our delicious homecooked Sunday Roasts are served every Sunday from 12 noon until 7.30pm with a choice of meat and we have been rated 5 stars by Food Hygiene and 5 stars by Cask Marque
Our traditional pub has ample distanced inside seating areas if required.
We have a covered outdoor seated patio area along with a bench seating area.

a week agoVisited on a quiet Thursday evening so not overly busy but still a number of customers were in. Service was great including selection of beers as well as for food. Clean and comfortable tables, plenty of choice of location inside and out. Food options were good although vegetarians might find the choice more limited. We had burgers and the tuna melt all of which were well made and tasty. Portion sizes, including the sides, we're ample. All in all, great service, great food and very reasonable prices. Parking on the street right outside and at the time we went there were plenty of spaces left. Recommended and will visit again.

4 weeks agoOur first visit and very impressed. Food & service was great. The only downside was the people sitting next to us. Tehy were very loud and ruined it but thats wasn't the fault of the pub. Friendly, helpful staff and amazingly NO added service charge. Definitely will be back and look forward to another lovely evening.
