Real authentic Greek Cuisine. One of the best Ive had in the Uk. Have to applaud not just the food, but also the amazing service. Would recommend to anyone looking for some great Greek food 10/10.

The feta pastry was soooo good and the Greek salad and the cretian eggplant salad and the tomato thing with croutons sooo gooood and also our waitress Maria was soooo nice and showed us a picture of her cat it was sooo cute ask for her and she was soooo friendly and the shrimp spaghetti was soooooo good and also the fried cod and the shrimps and the shnitzel and the fish it’s soooo good and they gave us free watermelon so thanks I guess go pls thank u

Visited Spitiko with my fiance and had such a lovely experience. The food was absolutely delicious authentic Greek cuisine made with fresh, high-quality ingredients, and everything we ordered was full of flavour. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The restaurant itself was cosy, and had a warm atmosphere that made it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. The prices were also very reasonable for the quality of the food and service. We’ll definitely be returning and would highly recommend Spitiko to anyone looking for fantastic Greek food in Reading.

I had an amazing experience at SPITIKO in Caversham! The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavour. Every dish was cooked perfectly and beautifully presented. The service was just as impressive—friendly, attentive, and welcoming from start to finish. The staff made us feel valued and ensured everything was perfect throughout our visit. I'm very pleased with this restaurant and will definitely be coming back. I highly recommend SPITIKO to anyone looking for fantastic food and outstanding service!
