a month agoWhat a beautiful place. Food was stunning. Becca our waitress was amazing. She was so helpful. Constantly coming to check if we needed anything as there was 13 of us. Definitely will return when we are in the area next.

a week agoGreat meal with my Son and Daughter (adults) for an early Father's Day meet-up. No need to book, plenty of space which shouldn't put you off. I had the Lamb Tagine which was AMAZING! I'd not had Bread and Butter Pudding for years so it instantly drew me to it... WOW! I wish it was bigger. Three adults, a meal, pudding, few alcoholic drinks and two soft drinks was c£150. Its a shame its right next to the A4 and the Muppets who think its a race track. Would definitely visit again.

3 months agoCame in for a Sunday lunch, had a really nice meal, the lamb was good and roast potatoes were some of the best we’ve had at a pub roast. They are also dog friendly.

a month agoMe and my partner have just come here for a roast. Admittedly it was a little late on a Sunday evening. However we first turned up the gentlemen behind the bar didn't have a clue of what was going on or if they was serving food. We then asked for drinks which it was poorly made. We was sat out side and paid the bill of two roasts £23 each plus 2 drinks it came to £63 though it was steep. So asked for the receipt they had put a service charge on when I ordered it myself (very cheeky). The roast came out after 2 mins of sitting down, it was cold and certainly not the amount you would expect for a £23 roast. Certainly wouldn't recommend anybody coming and obviously would not be returning myself. They also couldn't be arsed to actually plate the food up.

8 months agoThe food was absolutely delicious, I had a focaccia and a chicken schnitzel. The focaccia was so soft on the inside and ever so slightly crunchy on the outside. The chicken schnitzel was mouthwatering. Can’t wait to go back for more! The staff were attentive and went above and beyond to cater to my dietary requirements. What a lovely place with stunning decor. Looks very well taken care of!!
