in the last weekCelebrating a 50th Birthday , we were made to feel very special, what a wonderful experience at The Roseate, Afternoon Tea was delicious great selection of finger sandwiches, cakes and teas. Nothing was to much trouble and we were very looked after. Cant recommend highly enough 5 Stars

a week agoOur experience at The Reading Room was truly outstanding—one of the best meals we’ve had in a very long time. We opted for the five-course menu, and every dish was prepared with care using fresh, high-quality ingredients. The sauces were perfectly balanced with each course, and the plating was inventive and beautiful without ever feeling overdone.A special mention has to go to the dessert: it was exceptional and ranks among the best we’ve tasted in years.

3 weeks agoAbsolutely loved the afternoon tea! Everything was beautifully presented, and the selection of sandwiches, cakes, and scones was fresh and delicious. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and made us feel very well looked after throughout our visit. The atmosphere was relaxing and elegant, making it a perfect place to spend the afternoon. Highly recommend, and I will definitely be coming back!

a month agoDry sandwiches Scones were so overcooked Cakes were meuh No vegan cream!!! You used the most vile vegan margarine which tasted rank and made everything else taste rank! 2 out of 3 of us felt ill after eating Oh and we were charged too much!! Didn’t make a fuss at the time as it was a special event but very very disappointed and will not ever return.
