4 months agoBooked the bottomless brunch for a surprise birthday celebration. We had the private room booked which was perfect for us! We arrived a little earlier to decorate which was no bother for them! The preorders were really easy to do in advance and they catered very well for a guest with severe allergies. Guests all complimented the space and the music was great! Would definitely return.

3 weeks agoThe dinner and the hosting at Calico was amazing, it’s a great twist on modern Indian cuisine and a great new addition in Reading, it’s definitely hidden gem. Definitely loved the cocktails couldn’t leave after having one so we went for seconds, the menu is definitely great for sharing with friends and super cute venue if you want to get some good photos 🤭🌸 will definitely be back soon. Shout out to Rahul who’s a fantastic host.

2 weeks agoAbsolutely Beautiful and cool….Food was delicious and I got a surprise Happy Birthday desert from Raul which was so nice and the night was beautiful. If you like taking pictures, visit Calico Reading…such a beautiful place, even my kids loved it.

2 months agoHad an amazing time at Bollywood-Afrobeats night! The music was great and the crowd danced all night. The food and drinks were delicious and the service was great. The hotel was comfortable — perfect for rounding off a fun evening. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a night out

a month agoAfter an evening stay we were welcomed to a morning breakfast by Bhanu who could not do enough to make sure we were comfortable and well looked after. The level of service he provided us went above and beyond what I was expecting. The food, the service, the ambiance was exemplary. Bhanu was a huge part of this reason and his presence should be seen as an asset to the Calico Bar and Eatery.
