in the last weekFantastic food, a lovely ambience, and a great location at No. 1 Ship Street, but unfortunately, the service let the experience down. We waited over an hour for our food and were only informed of the delay after we enquired with the staff. While we appreciated the complimentary soft drinks offered to make amends, a wait of that length without proactive communication is disappointing for an upmarket establishment. The food itself was genuinely brilliant, so I would return, but only on a day when I have plenty of time to spare.
