in the last weekFirst used this place in the mid 1980's when the now wife was in university in Reading, we couldn't afford posh restaurants then buy chose to go there for our 26th anniversary! We thoroughly enjoyed it, the pies were as good as we remembered them the sides had improved and were excellent and the beers fantastic, the staff were very attentive and helpful and the cutest addition was carpets compared to the mid 80's. I can more than recommend a visit to this restaurant you will not be Disappointed and the value is excellent! Thank you Sweeny & Todd.
