Quattro Restaurant

Staff very friendly and attentive from start to finish. Food was excellent. Would especially recommend avocado, crab and prawn starter. We were sat in the window area on the right of the door, as you walk in. Nice and cosy with 4 tables, but very poor acoustics if you end up with 4 ladies on the table behind you who don't have a volume switch between them. They were so loud that waitress commented on how quiet it was when they left. Appreciate it's not the restaurants fault but maybe ask yo sit in main restaurant area to avoid this. Would I go again if in caversham area. Absolutely.

Food is absolutely delicious and staff are very friendly. My daughter and I have a great dinner on Sunday night!!! Thank you!! Car parking is at the backside of restaurant, it makes such a difference and convenience to get there! Can’t wait to go back 🥰💃🏻

Nice enough place, but BIG problem with food labelling- we ordered a pizza from the vegan menu which was served with cheese. Even more frustrating was the servers’ response, which made me feel that the issue was not being taken seriously: To say ‘well it’s called the vegetarian pizza’ as an explanation for the cheese is not good enough when the pizza is on the ‘vegan menu’. This is really not good enough. Someone could have an allergy (or just a sincerely held moral belief, like me) - you need to be better with this, and then extremely apologetic if there’s a mistake. Then to try to automatically charge me a ‘service charge’ of 12.5%, and then not apologise when I ask to remove it from the receipt, is VERY cheeky. A decent restaurant would have probably just not charged me for the pizza at all, let alone automatically apply a tip. In fairness, they replaced the pizza very quickly, also it was a very nice atmosphere, and clean etc (hence 2/5 not 1/5). But, I really can’t stress enough how tiresome it is to go to restaurants who: A- can’t get food labelling right; AND B- don’t seem to take it seriously after the mistake happens. I don’t mean this review maliciously, but I think it’s important that you understand that this needs to be taken more seriously. I would go back to the restaurant if I had a proper apology and was convinced that food labelling was going to be taken more seriously.

Lovely family run restaurant. The food was great, service just right and the atmosphere vibrant. The main course portions are generous so we didn’t have room for desserts. There were the 3 of us and we shared a starter with a couple of glasses of Prosecco

Went here for a take away, wish we'd been stopping to eat in. Had a really good atmosphere, very friendly service (and pizza was delocious). If you're in the area looking for Pizza/Italian this is the place to go.
